Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time. When you arrive, choose a table and await further instructions. The class will act as an assembly line, you will be rotating tables as you make each meal. The ingredients will be prepared for you, you just dump everything in your bag! You will be on your feet the entire time, so supportive shoes are a good idea. Be prepared to have a lot of fun and feel great about all the wholesome meals you are preparing for your family in a fraction of the time it would take you at home.
The class should last about an hour. It may take a little more or a little less depending on the class size.
You may want to bring an apron if you are worried about getting your clothes dirty. You will need to bring something to transport the meals once they are assembled. The best option is a cooler on wheels or you could bring a large cooler bag or laundry basket. We encourage you to take meals directly to your freezer. If you are not planning on going straight home, make sure you have a cold place to store the meals.
Space is limited so we ask that those who sign up for the class not bring any guests. If there are friends that you wish to take a class with, visit the "Register for a class" page and select "Schedule a private class" and we can set you up with a class just for you and your friends. Please email us if there are any extenuating circumstances and we will 100% work with you.
We understand unexpected things happen! You can receive a full refund if you cancel 7 days in advance. If something comes up last minute, feel free to have someone come in your place.
What better gift than a freezer full of homemade meals you didn't have to prepare!? Nothing in my opinion! Purchase your gift card here.
We would love to host you and your friends and family. Please visit "Schedule a Private Class" and fill out the form. You will need at least 10 people to book a private class and it needs to be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
To receive a discount on your meals, you can apply to our referral program or host a private class which will save you anywhere from 25-100% off your meals! We also have drawings for discounts and giveaways on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Make sure you “like” and “join” our Facebook and Instagram pages and subscribe to our newsletter to be included in all of the giveaways and promotions!
This is the best way to learn! During the class we will have a Q&A to address your “Instant pot" questions. If you have any other brand of electric pressure cooker, we ask that you take a picture of the different buttons on it so that we can answer your specific questions better.
Vegan and vegetarian meals will be designated as such. However, we do not guarantee that all ingredients will meet each guest’s specific requirements. If there are questions, please let us know and we will do our best to provide the information required to help you make your evaluation.
Organic ingredients will be labeled as such based on information provided by our suppliers.
Does InstaFreeze Meals provide meals that are compatible with low-sugar, low-carb, low-sodium diets?
Our goal is to help guests create healthy, fresh, and easy-to-prepare meals at home. If you have specific dietary needs, while we may have suggestions for ingredient swaps, we are not able to accommodate all dietary needs at this time.
Please advise us of food allergies/sensitivities when signing up for your class and we will do our best to have appropriate substitutions available. During the class, however, if you don’t like an ingredient or want more of an ingredient we may not be able to accommodate your request.
You can simply store the meals in your freezer until you are ready to cook them. Please place the meals in your freezer immediately after the class!
We do have suggestions on how to freeze these meals, including tips to avoid stuck or ripped bags:
Option 1: Stack freezer meals inside the Instant Pot, using a piece of parchment paper to separate them. Place them in the freezer and they will freeze to the size of the pot. Once frozen, take them out of the pot and return to freezer. The meals will be ready to plop right back into the pot when you are ready to cook and you won’t have any issues with them not fitting inside the Instant Pot.
Option 2: Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the meals on top. It is helpful to place a small piece of parchment paper between each bag so they do not stick to each other and rip when you try to pull them apart. Place pan in the freezer until the food is frozen, then remove the pan and stack meals in freezer.
When ready to cook, simply rip or cut the seam of the bag and place the food into the pot of the electric pressure cooker.

Yes! Meals frozen in the shape of the pot (like in option 1 above) can be taken straight out of the freezer and put in the electric pressure cooker to cook.
If the meals are frozen as instructed in option 2, partially thaw them by placing them in the fridge the night or morning before you cook them. You can also put them in the microwave on defrost for 3 - 5 minutes, until you can break the food up a bit. Another option is to run hot water over the bag until you can break the food up enough to fit it inside the pot.

We recommend eating them within 3 months for optimal flavor and nutrition. The meals will still be safe and delicious to eat after that, but the quality of the meals may start to decline.
You are welcome to customize your meals at home. However, we cannot guarantee that the cooking instructions will be the same.
I know there are many people, including myself, that do not enjoy leftovers. Therefore, we provide you with ideas of ways to use the leftovers on each instruction card. Enjoy!
These meals were specifically made for an electric pressure cooker. Any brand of electric pressure cooker will work for the meals. If you don’t have one, we would be happy to make suggestions on the brands we love. Sign up for our newsletter and “like” and “join” our Facebook and Instagram pages to see when a good deal pops up!
MOST, not all, meals will take around an hour total from frozen solid. That said, the times will vary depending on the type of meat and amount of food.
Printable Recipe Instruction Cards will be emailed to you after the completion of the class you registered for.
