Buffalo Chicken

One of our easiest chicken dishes, this tender, juicy shredded Buffalo Chicken has just the right amount of spicy kick to please all palates. 

For anyone sensitive to spice, simply stir in a few scoops of sour cream, cream cheese, or yogurt to make it super creamy and mild. 

Perfect for “game day” sliders, nachos, or stuffed inside a baked sweet potato. Add a drizzle of your favorite ranch dressing and chopped avocado for an extra hit of flavor and texture.
